67.—(1) The Functions of the National Health Service Commissioning Board and the NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) (Primary Dental Services) (England) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1, in paragraph (2)—
(a)omit the definition of “the Board”;
(b)at the appropriate place insert—
““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;”.
