Amendment of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

80.—(1) The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, for “NHS Commissioning Board (known as “NHS England”)” substitute “NHS England”.
