82.—(1) The English language text of the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (Wales) Regulations 2015(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (1) in the definition of “health care provider” for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
(3) In regulation 14, in paragraph (2)(f) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
