The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015 69 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3, in paragraph (1)—
a
omit the definition of “the Board”;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the Act;
