Amendment of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015

84.—(1) The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015 (1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3, in paragraph (1)—

(a) omit the definition of “the Board”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the Act;”.
