90.—(1) The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1, for paragraph 32 substitute—
“32. NHS England, the body corporate established under section 1H of the National Health Service Act 2006.”.
S.I. 2017/328, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
