Amendment of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018

94.—(1) The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 6—

(a) in paragraph 19(1)(b) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”;

(b) in paragraph 88(2) in the definition of “NHS body” for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
