95.—(1) The National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1, in paragraph 55(2) in the definition of “NHS body” for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
(3) In Schedule 2, in paragraph 13(1)(b) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
