Interpretation 2

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2015 Regulations” means the European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 20152;

  • “the Act” means the Professional Qualifications Act 2022; and

  • “the relevant date” means 1st December 2023.
