Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 25th October 2023.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(3) In this Order, “the GPDO” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015(1).
