Extent of certain amendments previously made to the Recall of MPs Act 2015 (Recall Petition) Regulations 2016 13
The amendments made to the Recall of MPs Act 2015 (Recall Petition) Regulations 2016 by regulations 70 to 75, 77, 78 and 80 to 82 of the Voter Identification Regulations 202229 extend to Northern Ireland (as well as to England and Wales and Scotland).
