Revocation, saving and consequential amendments 11

Subject to paragraph (2), the Armed Forces (Disposal of Property) Regulations 20092 (“the 2009 Regulations”) are revoked.

The 2009 Regulations continue to apply in relation to an application made under them before these Regulations come into force.

Schedule 1 to the Service Police (Complaints etc.) Regulations 20233 is amended as follows—
a
in the heading of paragraph 6, and in sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph, for “the Armed Forces (Disposal of Property) Regulations 2009” substitute “the Armed Forces (Disposal of Property) Regulations 2023”
;
b
for sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 6 substitute “Regulation 2 of those Regulations is to be read as if the definition of “service police” was omitted.”
