Procedure for reviewing entitlement to registration – data-based review 6

The Chief Electoral Officer must in the case of each relevant person conduct a review to determine whether they continue to be a person who satisfies the revised registration criteria.

As part of a review under paragraph (1), the Chief Electoral Officer may consider (amongst other things) any information provided in accordance with regulation 27(1)(caa)11 of the 2008 Regulations as part of an application received from a relevant person pursuant to section 13A(1)(a) of the 1983 Act.
