The Citizens’ Rights (Restrictions of Rights of Entry and Residence) (EU Exit) Regulations 20207 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 4 of the Schedule (saving and modification of the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2016: regulation 27 on decisions taken on grounds of public policy, public security and public health), for “indefinite leave”, substitute “, or who is eligible for, indefinite leave”.
