Coming into force

The Secretary of State1, considering that the condition in section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 20182 is met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 15(2)(a), 45 and 54(1)(b) of that Act.
