40. In regulation 10(1A) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (deductions from an award of a funeral payment)(1), after sub-paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)carer support payment under the Carer’s Assistance (Carer Support Payment) (Scotland) Regulations 2023;”.
