These Regulations may be cited as the Market Measures Payment Schemes (Amendments, Revocation and Transitional Provision) (England) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force—
a
as regards Parts 1 and 2, at 9.00 a.m. on 28thFebruary 2023;
b
otherwise, at 9.10 a.m. on 28th February 2023.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
