(a)in sub-paragraph (4A)(b), for “section 43(4A) to (4D) of” substitute “paragraph 4 of Schedule 4ZA to”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (4D)(b), for “section 43(4I)” substitute “paragraph 7 of Schedule 4ZA to the 1988 Act”.
