Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) Regulations 19892

In regulation 3 (interpretation and application of Part 2) of the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) Regulations 19894—

a

in paragraph (1), in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of “the amount payable”, for the words from “section 43(4)” to “the Act)” substitute “any provision of or made under Schedule 4ZA, 4ZB or 7A to the Act5”;

b

in paragraph (2), for “section 45A of” substitute “paragraph 2 of Schedule 4ZB to”.
