The National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 201551 are amended as follows.

In Part 4 of Schedule 3, in paragraph 12(2)(b), after “1989” insert “, or under section 18 of, or listed in section 33(3)(a) of, the National Security Act 2023,”.

In regulation 110(10)(a)(ii), omit “(Official Secrets Acts offences)”.
