Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(1)(c), (cc) and (e) and 28(1)(b) of the Representation of the People Act 19831.

The Secretary of State has consulted the Electoral Commission in accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(c) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 20002.
