Amendments to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

10.—(1) Part 3 of Schedule 17A to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1) (further provision in relation to exercise of Part 18 functions, or other FMI functions) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 34(7)(b)(ii), for “Part 1 of the Banking Act 2009” substitute “Schedule 11 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023”.
