1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Protection Products (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 31st December 2023.
(3) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom, subject to paragraph (4).
(4) Any amendment or saving of a provision in an enactment has the same extent as the provision amended or saved.
