Amendments to the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013

2.—(1) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013(1) is amended as follows.

(2) At the end of the heading in Table 7(d) (Immigration and Asylum hourly rate cases), insert “(except where Table 7(da) applies)”.

(3) After Table 7(d) (Immigration and Asylum hourly rate cases) insert—

“Table 7(da) Civil legal services under paragraph 31C of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Act: Removal notices under the Illegal Migration Act 2023
