1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Early Years Foundation Stage (Learning and Development, Early Years Register and Welfare Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 4th January 2024.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
