Amendment to section 260 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003

2. In section 260(2)(b)(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003, for “one year” substitute “545 days”.

Subsections (1) to (2B) of section 260 were substituted by subsections (1) and (2), by section 47(1) to (3) of the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 (subsections 2A and 2B having been previously inserted by paragraph 9(1) and (2) of Schedule 20 to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c. 10)).
