These Regulations may be cited as the National Security Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments of Primary Legislation) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on 20th December 2023.

Subject to paragraph (4), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

An amendment made by the Schedule has the same extent within the United Kingdom as the provision amended.
