1. In section 49(6) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933(1)—
(a)omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (ba)(2);
(b)after paragraph (ba), insert—
“(bb)an offence under section 18 of, or listed in section 33(3)(a) of, the National Security Act 2023, or”.
