Counter-Terrorism Act 2008

28. In section 18(8) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008(1), after paragraph (k)(2), insert—
“(l)Part 4 of Schedule 6 to the National Security Act 2023;
(m)paragraphs 5 to 15 of Schedule 12 to that Act.”.

2008 c. 28. Section 18 was substituted by section 19 of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (c. 9).

Section 18(8)(k) was inserted by section 23(1) of, and paragraph 26 of Schedule 4 to, the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019 (c. 3).
