5. In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Senior Courts Act 1981(1), after paragraph (bf)(2), insert—
“(bg)all relevant proceedings within the meaning of Part 2 of the National Security Act 2023 (prevention and investigation measures) (see section 62(1) of that Act);”.
1981 c. 54. The Supreme Court Act 1981 (c. 54) may be cited as the Senior Courts Act 1981 by virtue of section 59(5) of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 11 to, the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4).
Paragraph 2(bf) was inserted by section 59(4) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to, the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (c. 13).
