2.—(1) This Order comes into force on 1st January 2024 immediately after the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023(1) comes into force.
(2) But if this Order is made on or after 1st January 2024, it comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
