Provisions of the 2023 Act coming into force on 26th December 20237
The following provisions in Schedule 4 to the 2023 Act come into force on 26th December 2023—
a
paragraph 226, so far as it relates to the provisions commenced by paragraph (b);
b
paragraphs 227 to 229.
