Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967

4.—(1) The Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a) section 2(1)(2);

(b) section 3(1)(3).
