48.—(1) The Sea Fisheries (Northern Ireland) Order 2002(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 2(2) for “retained EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated”.
(3) In paragraph 3(2)(c) of Schedule 3(3) for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”.
