Companies Act 2006

61.—(1) The Companies Act 2006(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a) section 461(4)(h)(2);

(b) section 1254(1)(a)(3);

(c) paragraph 78 of Schedule 11A(4).

Section 461(4)(h) was amended by article 6(1)(e) of S.I. 2011/1043 and paragraph 15 of Schedule 2 to S.I. 2019/145.
