87.  In section 205 of the Data Protection Act 2018(1)—

(a) in paragraph (f) of the definition of “enactment” in subsection (1)(2), for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”;

(b) in subsection (5)(3) for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.
