91.—(1) The Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 2020(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In section 2(6)—
(a)for the comma after “retained domestic case law” substitute “and”;
(b)omit “and “retained general principles of EU law””.
(3) In section 4(5) for “Retained direct EU” substitute “Assimilated direct”.
