94.—(1) The Fisheries Act 2020(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a)section 23(11);
(b)section 26(2)(b);
(c)section 52, in the definition of “subordinate legislation”.
