Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(8), 13(2), (3) and (7) and 20(1) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 20231.
The Secretary of State is a relevant national authority2 for the purposes of section 12 of that Act.
In accordance with paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 5 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
