Alteration of district ward boundaries
2.—(1) The area that ceases to be part of the parish ward of Rothmans in the parish of Great Baddow and becomes an unparished area by virtue of the Chelmsford City Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2022(1) (“the Council’s Order”) ceases to be part of the Great Baddow West district ward and becomes part of the Goat Hall district ward.
(2) The area that ceases to be part of the parish ward of Baddow Road in the parish of Great Baddow and becomes an unparished area by virtue of the Council’s Order ceases to be part of the Great Baddow East district ward and becomes part of the Moulsham & Central district ward.
(3) The unparished area that becomes part of the parish ward of Baddow Road in the parish of Great Baddow by virtue of the Council’s Order ceases to be part of the Moulsham & Central district ward and becomes part of the Great Baddow East district ward.

That Order was made on 5th August 2022 under powers including section 86 of the 2007 Act; such Orders are not required to be made by statutory instrument. A hard copy of that Order is available for inspection at reasonable times at the offices of Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke St, Chelmsford CM1 1JE.
