Amendment of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 E+W

25.—(1) The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 143(6) for the words from ““12 months” to “6 months” substitute ““the general limit in a magistrates’ court” is to be read as “6 months”.
