Amendment of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 201225.

The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 201224 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 143(6) for the words from ““12 months” to “6 months” substitute ““the general limit in a magistrates’ court” is to be read as “6 months”.
