34.—(1) The National Assembly for Wales Referendum (Assembly Act Provisions) (Referendum Question, Date of Referendum Etc.) Order 2010(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 4 for “12 months” substitute “the general limit in a magistrates’ court”.
