Amendments to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007

2.—(1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8(1) (fee to be paid on application for licence)(2), for “£210” substitute “£204”.
(3) In regulation 9 (transitional provision)(3), for “1st October 2019” substitute “6th April 2023”.
