Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1), 32(1), (7) and (8), and paragraph 21 of Schedule 4 to the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 20181, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 32(12) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Trade Remedies Authority2.
