Coming into force

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(1), (2), (5) and (6), 13(1) to (4) and 14(1) and (3) to (9) of the Energy Act 20161, makes the following Regulations.

The Secretary of State has consulted the Oil and Gas Authority in accordance with sections 12(8) and 13(8) of the Energy Act 2016.
