11. In Schedule 1 (large vessels) to the Merchant Shipping (Vessels in Commercial Use for Sport or Pleasure) Regulations 1998(1)—
(a)in respect of the first entry (The Merchant Shipping (Cargo Ship Construction) Regulations 1997), in the third column, after “2005/2114” insert “2023/246”;
(b)at the end insert—
(i)in the first column, “The Merchant Shipping (Cargo and Passenger Ship Construction and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2023”;
(ii)in the second column, “2023/246”;
(iii)in the third column, “None”.
