1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare and Inspection of Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Fees) (Amendments) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 30th March 2023, subject as follows—
(a)Part 2 comes into force on 1st September 2023; and
(b)Part 4 comes into force on 1st April 2023.
(3) These Regulations—
(a)extend to England and Wales; and
(b)apply in relation to England.
2. In these Regulations, “the 2015 Fees and Frequency of Inspections Regulations” means Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Fees and Frequency of Inspections) (Children’s Homes etc.) Regulations 2015(1).
