Citation, commencement and extent1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Food Supplements and Food for Specific Groups (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2023.
F1(2)
Subject to paragraph (2A), these Regulations come into force on 10th February 2023.
F2(2A)
Regulation 6(2)(a) comes into force on 10th August 2024.
(3)
Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
