Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Alcoholic Beverages (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
